At Kuvro, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products for your vehicle. Due to our direct logistics model—which allows us to offer you the best possible prices—our policy focuses strictly on the functionality and condition of the product:
1. Warranty for Defects or Damage
If your product arrives damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect (e.g., the rotation mechanism is faulty or the expander is jammed), you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us.
How to proceed: Please email us at contact@kuvro.com with your order number and a clear video or photograph demonstrating the fault or damage.
Resolution: Once the technical issue is verified, we will offer you a full refund or send a replacement unit at no additional cost to you. You do not need to return the defective product to us.
2. "Change of Mind" Returns
To maintain our competitive pricing and offer free shipping to all customers, we do not accept returns based on withdrawal or "change of mind" (i.e., if you no longer want the product or changed your preference) once the order has been processed or delivered.
Important Note: Please verify your cup holder measurements before purchasing. While our mount is universal and adjustable (6.5 cm to 10 cm), it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the space in their center console is sufficient for proper installation.
3. Undelivered or Lost Orders
If, due to a logistical error, your order has not arrived within 45 days, we will issue an immediate full refund for your purchase.
Refund Process
We will notify you once your claim has been received and inspected to inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that banks or credit card issuers may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet received it, please contact us at contact@kuvro.com.
